The 3rd    International Conference on Robotics, Artificial intelligence and Intelligent Control(RAIIC 2024) wraps up successfully

2025年7月4-6日,由四川大学、西南科技大学及圭尔夫大学主办的第四届机器人、人工智能与智能控制国际会议(RAIIC 2025)在四川大学望江校区成功召开。来自加拿大、中国、印度等国内外的学术泰斗,以及中国科学技术大学、上海交通大学、北京航空航天大学、国防科技大学、空军工程大学等40多个高校和科研院所的200余名专家和学者齐聚成都。

From July 4th to 6th, 2025, the 4th International Conference on Robotics, Artificial Intelligence and Intelligent Control (RAIIC 2025), hosted by Sichuan University, Southwest University of Science and Technology, and the University of Guelph, was successfully held at Wangjiang Campus of Sichuan University. Over 200 experts and scholars gathered in Chengdu, including leading academics from Canada, China, India, and other countries, as well as representatives from more than 40 universities and research institutions such as the University of Science and Technology of China, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Beihang University, National University of Defense Technology, and Air Force Engineering University.

 本次大会由四川大学电子信息学院、西南科技大学信息与控制工程学院联合承办,由特殊环境机器人技术四川省重点实验室、群体智能与控制研究所协办,北京度量科技有限公司、Intelligence & Robotics期刊及Intelligence & Control期刊支持,并由AiScholar 艾思科蓝提供全流程技术服务保障。大会创新采用线上线下融合模式,设置1个主会场以及4个专题分会场,累计呈现18场专家前沿报告、44场青年学者报告及35组海报展示,构建起涵盖主题报告、特邀报告与即时互动的学术生态圈,同期召开的Intelligence & Robotics期刊编委会与会议议程深度联动。

The conference was co-organized by the College of Electronics and Information Engineering of Sichuan University and the School of Information and Control Engineering of Southwest University of Science and Technology, with support from the Sichuan Provincial Key Laboratory of Robotics Technology for Special Environments, the Institute of Swarm Intelligence and Control, Beijing Measure Technology Co., Ltd., and the journals Intelligence & Robotics and Intelligence & Control. AiScholar provided comprehensive technical service support throughout the entire process.


The conference innovatively adopted a hybrid online-offline format, featuring one main venue and four specialized sub-venues. A total of 18 cutting-edge expert reports, 44 presentations by young scholars, and 35 poster presentations were delivered, fostering an academic ecosystem encompassing keynote speeches, invited talks, and real-time interaction. The editorial board meeting of the journal Intelligence & Robotics was held concurrently and deeply integrated with the conference agenda.

  开幕式上,西南科技大学信息与控制工程学院党委书记张晖教授及四川大学电子信息学院副院长雷印杰教授为大会开幕致辞,对与会专家学者们表示热烈欢迎,希望大会搭建国际科技人才交流平台,以合作交流提升科学研究水平和人才培养质量,并寄语大会圆满成功。大会开幕式由西南科技大学信息与控制工程学院院长张华教授主持。

The opening ceremony of the 4th International Conference on Robotics, Artificial Intelligence and Intelligent Control (RAIIC 2025) took place on the morning of July 5th. Professor Zhang Hui, Secretary of the Party Committee of the School of Information and Control Engineering at Southwest University of Science and Technology, and Professor Lei Yinjie, Vice Dean of the College of Electronics and Information Engineering at Sichuan University, delivered opening speeches. They extended a warm welcome to the attending experts and scholars and expressed their wishes for the conference's success. The conference chairs were Professor Zhang Hua, Dean of the School of Information and Control Engineering at Southwest University of Science and Technology.

  大会报告环节,加拿大工程院院士、奎尔夫大学杨先一教授,国家级人才、国家优青、东南大学虞文武二级教授,国家级领军人才、国家优青、北京航空航天大学董希旺教授,国家杰青、华中科技大学苏厚胜教授共四位嘉宾作主旨报告,围绕机器人、人工智能与智能控制等前沿话题,分享最新科研成果、关键挑战及发展趋势。大会报告分别由四川大学杨鑫松教授、西南民族大学刘兴文教授主持。

In the keynote report session, four distinguished experts stimulated active audience interaction and continuously elevated the enthusiasm for academic discussion with their profound academic expertise, innovative perspectives, and engaging presentations. They were Professor Xianyi Yang, Fellow of the Canadian Academy of Engineering (University of Guelph); Professor Yu Wenwu, National Talent (Southeast University); Professor Dong Xiwang, National Talent (Beihang University); and Professor Su Housheng, National Talent (Huazhong University of Science and Technology). They focused on cutting-edge topics such as robotics, artificial intelligence, and intelligent control, sharing their latest research findings, key challenges, and development trends. The Keynote Speeches chairs were Professor Yang Xinsong from Sichuan University, and Professor Liu Xingwen from Southwest Minzu University.

  分会场环节中,来自西安交通大学、北京航天航空大学、南方科技大学、南昌大学、西南民族大学、西南科技大学、浙江理工大学、重庆交通大学、武汉理工大学、上海海事大学等高校的44位专家、学者就“低空经济区的安全与应急控制”、“复杂系统的智能控制理论及应用”、“神经网络动力学理论、优化算法及应用”、“多智能体系统分布式优化、博弈及应用” 四个主题展开探讨,现场专家学者积极参与,共同营造了热烈浓厚的交流氛围。

In the parallel sessions, 44 experts and scholars from institutions including Xi'an Jiaotong University, Beihang University, Southern University of Science and Technology, Nanchang University, Southwest Minzu University, Southwest University of Science and Technology, Zhejiang Sci-Tech University, Chongqing Jiaotong University, Wuhan University of Technology, and Shanghai Maritime University engaged in in-depth discussions on four key themes: "Safety and Emergency Control in Low-Altitude Economic Zones," "Intelligent Control Theory and Applications for Complex Systems," "Neural Network Dynamics: Theory, Optimization Algorithms, and Applications," and "Distributed Optimization, Game Theory, and Applications for Multi-Agent Systems." Active participation from attending scholars fostered a vibrant and highly interactive academic atmosphere.

Award 颁奖环节


  大会推荐并颁发了“优秀论文奖”“优秀青年学者报告奖”“IR期刊奖”“优秀海报奖“等18个学术论文奖,鼓励青年学子潜心科研,与会青年纷纷表示通过会议沟通了信息、加强了学术交流、砥砺了创新思维,加深了他们对行业的理解,启发了他们的创新思路,今后将持续深化机器人、人工智能与智能控制等相关研究,助力我国科研事业发展及科技人才培养。

The conference recommended and awarded 18 academic paper prizes including the "Best Paper Award," "Best Oral Presentation Award," "IR Journal-Best Paper Award," and "Best Poster Award." These awards aim to encourage young scholars to dedicate themselves to scientific research. Many young attendees expressed that the conference provided them with valuable information, strengthened academic exchanges, sharpened their innovative thinking, deepened their understanding of the industry, and inspired new ideas for innovation. They intend to continue advancing research in robotics, artificial intelligence, intelligent control, and related fields, contributing to the development of China's scientific research and the cultivation of scientific talent.

  7月6日,Intelligence & Robotics期刊编委会圆满召开,通过圆桌论坛的形式展开加强国际合作、提升论文质量审核标准等议题讨论,推动IR期刊在领域内学术交流与创新方面迈出坚定的一步。

On July 6th, the Zitong sub-venue and the editorial board meeting of the "Intelligence & Robotics" journal were held in Liangxiang City, focusing on strengthening international cooperation and enhancing the standards for paper quality review through roundtable forums. These discussions aim to propel the "IR Journal" to take a firm step forward in academic exchanges and innovation within its field.

  本次会议聚集世界各地的顶尖专家学者和业界精英,共同探讨了包括机器人技术及应用、智能控制与优化、人工智能技术及应用等在内的多个热点话题,分享了在实践中遇到的问题和解决方案,讨论了相关技术的前沿进展,交流了行业的发展趋势和未来方向。

The conference brought together top experts, scholars, and industry elites from around the world to discuss several hot topics including robot technology and applications, intelligent control and optimization, artificial intelligence technology and applications, among others. Participants shared practical problems encountered and their solutions, discussed the cutting-edge advancements in relevant technologies, exchanged insights on industry trends, and explored future directions.
